This website

The Oplosr service

For the data customers process in Oplosr (tickets, contacts, attachments), the customer is the controller and Cloudfreaks B.V. acts as processor. This is set out in the data processing agreement: [to be completed by Cloudfreaks].

Oplosr is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt (eu-central-1). Sub-processors: [to be completed by Cloudfreaks].

AI features use the customer's own Anthropic API key. The relevant ticket data is then processed by Anthropic under the agreement between the customer and Anthropic. Without an API key, AI features are off.
